DALE MUELLER
With 35 years in agricultural lending, Dale brings to 3M an extensive background in analyzing and evaluating the financial aspects of our client’s loan requests. Much of his experience comes from being a past General Manager and Vice President of a major national insurance company in their agricultural investment division. He holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University and presently farms with his family in Kansas. |
BOB MILLER
Bob brings to 3M an extensive background in accounting as the CFO and CEO of several agricultural organizations engaged in vegetable farming and vineyard operations. His personal farming background and association with agricultural lenders enable him to access and converse with our lenders at the highest level. Bob holds a degree in Agricultural Business Management from California Polytechnic University located in San Luis Obispo, CA. |
BOB MOORE
With 47 years of real estate lending, Bob brings to 3M an extensive background in mortgage loan product research and development. Having owned and operated several mortgage companies over the years he contributes the legal and technical oversight of the 3M operations. His association with agricultural lenders enables 3M to represent clients throughout the Western United States. |
ANDREW HAJEK
Andrew is our representative who will be operating throughout the Midwest. Andrew brings a life time of farming and ranching, having been born and raised on his family farming and ranching operations. Andrew graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Farm Management. Andrew is a current board of directors member of AGRI PRODUCERS, INC., a Kansas farm cooperative. |
ANDY SMYTH
Andy lives in Wilder ID and comes from a 4th generation farming family. Having farmed personally for 34 years, he brings to 3M valuable experience and personal knowledge of the financing needs for today’s farm and ranch operations. He has been and remains closely connected to the 4-H organization. Andy has for years been active in financing farms, ranches and dairy operations throughout the States bordering west of the Rocky Mountains. |
